Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Patient Care Coordinator, or “PCC” is responsible for implementing and overseeing all aspects associated with patient care, both directly and indirectly. Their duties include adhering to the weekly schedule set forth by management, which will include, but not be limited to the following:


  • Communicates and implements all aspects of patient care while working with the providers
  • Conducting patient close-out process
  • Scheduling
  • Patient check in/check out
  • Assisting with Shockwave Therapy
  • Assisting with pellet insertion procedure
  • Assisting with aesthetic procedures where necessary (Botox/Derm Fillers)
  • Develops and collaborate with management on missing items and objectives
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements (if necessary) new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline the PCC processes and use of resources and materials, once approved
  • Works closely with the Clinic Manager, SLT, as well as providers and ownership
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in related role

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Various procedures in office
